These Terms govern your use of the CCV Student Portal at www.ccvportal.org, operated by Crash Course Village ("CCV"). By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.
The portal is provided to students enrolled in CCV training courses and to CCV staff, for managing enrollment, attendance, course documents, waivers, certificates, and course communications. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the portal only for these purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
By using the portal you may receive course-related emails. If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you may also receive course-related text messages, governed by our SMS Terms, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CCV is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the portal.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
